Shipping and Returns Information
We do our absolute best to process your order within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected (UPS ground). Once the package is picked up by UPS, there is a 1-5 business day estimated arrival time. Shipping may exceed 6 days as UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, etc to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. UPS requires that you wait 24 hours from the "delivered" date before filing a claim. You may then file a claim at
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day Mail for an additional fee.
As a small business we only offer store credit for online returns. You have 14 days from the original order date to ship it back to our returns department!
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Sale Items, Hats, Jewelry, Swimwear, Hair Accessories, Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a store credit will be issued within two business days.
