Shipping and Returns Information

SHIPPING INFO:

We do our absolute best to process your order within 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected (UPS ground). Once the package is picked up by UPS, there is a 1-5 business day estimated arrival time. Shipping may exceed 6 days as UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, etc to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. UPS requires that you wait 24 hours from the "delivered" date before filing a claim. You may then file a claim at

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day Mail for an additional fee.

All items are discounted and marked SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
